Foreword from Dean

I would like to express my thanks for being given the opportunity to deliver the welcoming speech to our faculty website. I would also like to convey my heartfelt gratitude to those involved in establishing and updating this website. I hope this website will be of immense value to all FMHS students in UPM.

I am confident that this website will be beneficial to future students and the public seeking the latest information on academic, research and other activities. FMHS has a solid curriculum in all programs namely medicine and other related fields such as Biomedical Sciences, Environmental and Occupational Health, Nutrition and Community Health, Dietetic and Nursing. FMHS also conducts the latest research in certain fields related to Medicine, Health Science, Nursing, Bio-medicine as well as Nutrition.

It is my hope that this website will assist in disseminating a clearer and more detailed information on research and the researchers in the Faculty. This will also be beneficial to those aspiring to conduct research or become graduate students at FMHS. I fervently hope that this website will provide a comprehensive guide to its visitors. I am confident all FMHS officers will give their fullest cooperation.

FMHS is now moving towards a higher level and will become a leading name in the medical and health science field, and you are most welcome to join us.
